Cristiano Ronaldo bagged a hat-trick, as Real Madrid crushed Wolfsburg 3-0 on Tuesday night in their Champions League quarter-final second leg tie.
The Portugal captain scored twice in two first-half minutes, before he struck a dazzling free-kick in the second half, to ensure his team qualified despite losing 2-0 in Germany.
In the process, the 31-year-old set two new Champions League records.
The hat-trick was his third in the competition this season – no other player can match that.
Also, no other player has scored 15 or more goals in the Champions League in two different campaigns.
